The sixth graders in the French School Jean Charcot, El Jadida, were happy to take part in the so called ‘ Button up ‘ game. It is actually an instructive game where the pupils learn how to be quick in responding to instructions delivered through intensive body language reshaped as a miming action.
The aforementioned game is considered a mixture of miming and sentence race. The learners are also compelled to button up jackets as fast as possible in order to get into a running race against hard-to-beat rivals. The overwhelming majority of the young students showed a great deal of readiness and complete openness to cooperative learning and team work. They have all ended up learning to make correct questions using the appropriate structure and to answer them as well.
